All new clients begin with a 15-minute virtual parent consultation. This meeting allows us to review concerns, discuss your child's history, and determine the most appropriate next steps. It ensures services are a strong clinical fit and aligned with your family's goals.
Following the consultation, families complete intake paperwork through the secure client portal. Based on your child's needs, a personalized plan of care is developed outlining recommended services, frequency, and goals. A detailed breakdown of fees and a Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to beginning services.
Services may include comprehensive evaluations, focused skill reassessments, individualized speech-language therapy, and parent coaching. All services are delivered virtually in a structured, engaging, and collaborative format.
