All new clients begin with a 30-minute virtual parent consultation. This meeting allows us to review concerns, discuss your child's history, and determine the most appropriate next steps. It ensures services are a strong clinical fit and aligned with your family's goals. The consultation fee is $50 and will be applied toward your child's evaluation or therapy services.
Following the consultation, families complete intake paperwork through the secure client portal. Based on your child's needs, a personalized plan of care is developed outlining recommended services, frequency, and goals. A detailed breakdown of fees and a Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to beginning services.
Services may include comprehensive evaluations, focused skill reassessments, individualized speech-language therapy, and parent coaching. All services are delivered virtually in a structured, engaging, and collaborative format.
The Virtual Speech Room LLC operates as an out-of-network provider to ensure the highest quality of individualized care.
Comprehensive Evaluations: $250 – $400 (depending on scope and assessment needs).
Therapy Sessions: $85 – $155 (depending on session length and service type).
Prior to beginning care, you will receive a detailed breakdown of recommended services and a Good Faith Estimate in accordance with federal guidelines. Payment is processed securely through the client portal at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for families seeking potential out-of-network reimbursement.
