All new clients begin with a 30-minute virtual parent consultation. This meeting allows us to review concerns, discuss your child's history, and determine the most appropriate next steps. It ensures services are a strong clinical fit and aligned with your family's goals.
Following the consultation, families complete intake paperwork through the secure client portal. Based on your child's needs, a personalized plan of care is developed outlining recommended services, frequency, and goals. A detailed breakdown of fees and a Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to beginning services.
Services may include comprehensive evaluations, focused skill reassessments, individualized speech-language therapy, and parent coaching. All services are delivered virtually in a structured, engaging, and collaborative format.

Session fees typically range between $85–$155, depending on the type and length of service provided. Comprehensive evaluations typically range between $250–$400, depending on the scope and assessment needs.
A detailed breakdown of recommended services and associated fees is reviewed prior to beginning care. Families will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining anticipated costs in accordance with federal guidelines.
Payment is due at the time of service and is processed securely through the secure client portal. Superbills are available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
